Table of contents
What this error means
Error PSERR_147 means that a mapped attribute contains a value that Zalando does not accept for the given category. For example:
The attribute value [fleece 224] is invalid for the article type 'coat' on the article variant level.
Why it occurs
ChannelEngine allows you to select any value from a list when mapping product attributes. However, Zalando enforces a specific set of accepted values per category. If the value you map is not on Zalando's accepted list for that category, the product is rejected.
How to fix it
Review the attribute named in the error message and update it to a value that Zalando accepts for that product category. The error message itself identifies both the attribute and the invalid value.
- Note the attribute name and the rejected value from the error message.
- On ChannelEngine, go to your mappings for the affected product and locate the attribute.
- Select a valid value from the options that are accepted by Zalando for that product category. If you are unsure which values are valid, consult the Zalando partner documentation or contact ChannelEngine Support.
- Re-export the product to Zalando.
