Error PSERR_133 means that an EAN was rejected because the article's mapped size is not included in the size chart assigned to that brand or product. The full error description is: 

Supplier size (if chosen in addition with supplier length) is not available in the selected size chart (and/or length chart).

Background: size charts on Zalando

Zalando operates across 30 European markets, each with its own sizing conventions. To ensure customers can shop using the sizing system they know, Zalando maintains its own size conversion charts, with over 6,000 charts in total.

During the brand readiness phase, Zalando assigns size charts to a brand based on the sizing data provided. Once assigned, those size charts are exported from Zalando to ChannelEngine and become available for mapping. Every size you submit must correspond to a value that exists within the assigned chart.

For example, size chart 2F1X000E2A includes the following values: XXS, XS/S, XS, S, S/M, M, M/L, L, L/XL, XL, XXL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL, and 7XL. A product mapped with size XXXL would be rejected because that exact value does not exist in the chart. The correct value is 3XL.

Why it occurs

Error PSERR_133 occurs when:

• A size value mapped on ChannelEngine does not match any value in the size chart assigned by Zalando.
• A different size chart has been mapped on ChannelEngine than the one Zalando assigned to your brand.
• The assigned size chart is missing certain sizes that your products require.

How to fix it

Follow these steps to resolve error PSERR_133:

1. Confirm that the size chart mapped on ChannelEngine is the one originally assigned to you by Zalando, not a different chart. If you are unsure, contact your ChannelEngine customer onboarding specialist or customer success manager.
2. Compare your mapped size values against the full list of values in the assigned chart.
3. Update any size values on ChannelEngine that do not match. Use manual overrides where needed. For example, map XXXL to 3XL if 3XL is the value present in the chart.
4. If the assigned size chart is missing values your products genuinely require, contact Zalando to request a corrected size chart assignment.
