What these errors mean
Zalando places significant importance on seasonality, and seasonal transitions occur several times per year. Submitting an outdated season code during or after one of these transitions triggers one of the following errors:

| ACSREJ_18 | Product from old season |
| ACSREJ_25 | Season not allowed |
| ACSREJ_255 | Other: outdated season |
| PSERR_64 | EAN rejected because the product's season is not included in the Partner Master Data. Adjust the season for the rejected EAN, or reach out to your Operations Specialist to have the season added to your Master Data. |
| PSERR_81 | This season is not allowed for the creation of new products. EAN matching is allowed. |
Why they occur
These errors point to the season_code attribute in your product data. When the mapped season code is outdated or not accepted by Zalando for the current period, the product is rejected.
How to fix it: products in onboarding
If your product is still in the onboarding phase (no Zalando SKU has been assigned yet), update the season_code attribute directly on ChannelEngine to the current accepted season code. Once you re-export the product, and Zalando approves it, a Zalando SKU is created.
How to fix it: products already live
For products that are already live but flagged with a seasonality error, two options are available:
- Season retagging: request that Zalando updates the season assigned to your product. For example, a top-selling fall/winter product can be retagged to spring/summer so it remains on sale at full price for longer. See Zalando's Season retagging guide for more information.
- Keep the product online with a discount: Zalando allows products with outdated seasons to remain online if a discount is applied. See Zalando's Seasonality article for details.
Article block codes: ZABLO_646 and ZABLO_564
After a Zalando SKU is assigned, seasonality issues appear as article block codes rather than rejection codes. The relevant codes are:

| ZABLO_646 | Previous season: season clearing by Zalando Partner Program |
| ZABLO_564 | Outdated season: products blocked due to old season. Delete the product from the feed or contact the Zalando Operations Team to adjust the season. |
If your products show ZABLO_646 or ZABLO_564, they may be eligible for season retagging. Contact Zalando or follow the season retagging process described above.
