ChannelEngine: GPSR compliance
This guide describes how you can comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) when selling on marketplaces via ChannelEngine.

Introduction
As a merchant, you must follow specific laws and regulations when selling products on online marketplaces.
On 13 December 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) will apply to most non-food consumer products in the EU and Northern Ireland. Under this regulation, you must provide certain information to marketplaces, such as the contact details of a product manufacturer, product warnings, and safety information.

The table below lists the GPSR compliance requirements for each marketplace.

To comply with GPSR, follow these steps: 1. On Amazon Seller Central, go to the Account health page and provide the contact information of the manufacturer and responsible person in the EU. 2. On ChannelEngine, map the below content attributes. Make sure the value you enter is consistent with what you indicated on Seller Central. Note that some of these attributes are category- specific.
