Listed products
The Listed products overview shows a donut graph of the statuses of your products. For a more thorough overview, select Show all products.
Sellable products
If the sellable products feature is enabled on your dashboard, then the Listed products overview will not appear.
ChannelEngine defines a sellable product as either:
Child product
Standalone product
A product that can be included within a product bundle
At the top of the dashboard on selected channels, four widgets appear, giving you a concise view of how many products are successfully listed, with quick shortcuts to investigate issues that might be blocking a listing from appearing on the channel.
The following dashboard widgets provide a quick overview of your sellable products on the channel:
Products in ChannelEngine catalog - the total number of sellable products in your catalog on ChannelEngine, excluding grandparent and parent products.
Products selected for export - the total number of products included in the product selection on this channel.
Products for sale on channel - the total number of offers that are currently for sale on this channel, including:
Products not for sale - the total number of products that are not for sale on this channel. Click Get products listed to view a pop-up window that lists the errors that are preventing products from being listed. One reason for which a product might not be listed is that its price is too high for the channel.
ChannelEngine retrieves a report from the channel every 15 minutes with this data.
These widgets are designed to help you get their products listed on marketplaces faster, with fewer obstacles. When you want to sell a product but it doesn’t go live on a marketplace, you’re missing out on potential revenue.
Products with errors
Navigate to Products with errors pop-up from the Products for sale on channel or Products not for sale widgets. The pop-up displays a list of products with listing errors.
You can export the full list of products with listing errors via email. Click Export, and select the file format. ChannelEngine sends a CSV file with the product with errors to your login email address.
Search for a specific product by entering its Merchant product number or GTIN in the search bar.
Select an error from the dropdown list to filter the list by error type. The right-side pane provides an explanation of the error, the product attribute affected, and how to resolve the error. Where applicable, a link to the Help Center article is shown.

You can also see the cancelation rates and return rates, which compare the selected period with the previous period. Select the dropdown at the bottom left-hand corner to change the period shown.
Note that return rates are calculated based on a sum of the returned quantity from order lines, divided by the sum of the quantity of all orders.
