Introduction
The Price overview widget on the Product details page shows an overview of all your current minimum and selling prices on a given product. With the Price overview widget, you can:
- Easily spot on which channel you make the most margin.
- Scan the product's current selling prices across channels.
- Decide if your pricing rules are correctly set up for the given product.
- Inspect the live listing on the channel's online shop.
The widget data only appears on the Product details pages of products listed on channels where pricing v2 is activated.
Overview
The Price overview widget shows a list of line items, each corresponding to one channel-price attribute combination. E.g.: for Product A, you mapped Price, Quantity discount 1: price, Quantity discount 2: price, and Quantity discount 3: price on bol. Therefore, four separate line items appear in the widget, one for Price and one each for Quantity discount 1-3: price.
Each line item outlines the following data:
- Channel name - the name of the channel on which the given product is listed.
- Price field - the name of the price attribute that you mapped in Pricing, Price rules.
- Min. price - for the given price attribute, the minimum price that you configured for the product in Pricing, Price rules.
- Current price - for the given price attribute, the product's current selling price on the channel. When you hover on the current price value, it turns into a deep link that brings you to Pricing, Price changes.
Where available, click the View on channel button to open the live listing of the given product in a new browser tab.
Deep link to Price changes
When you click a given Current price value, ChannelEngine takes you to Pricing, Price changes on the channel where the product is listed, in a new browser tab. You are taken directly to the tab of the price attribute whose price you clicked on.
In Price changes, scan the recent history of exported prices to the channel and continue your pricing research elsewhere in Pricing.
