This article describes the Price review tab on ChannelEngine. Learn how to track price trends and identify which products are not winning the buy box.

Introduction
Price review tab gives you insight into pricing trends, applied repricer strategies, and buy box wins. In the Price review tab, see an overview of:
- Which products are not winning the buy box at the minimum price.
- The repricer strategies applied per product, if any. E.g.: all products with an offensive strategy.
- Deviation trends from your base price, i.e.: whether your exported prices are trending up or down at the moment.
- Real-time prices across multiple products.
Access the Price review tab at Pricing, Price review.
Requirements
Pricing v2 is required to use this feature. Pricing v1 will be deprecated soon. If you currently use pricing v1, activate pricing v2 before you continue:
- In the Pricing step of a given channel, click Configuration mode to start configuring pricing v2 while pricing v1 stays active.
- When you are ready to fully switch to pricing v2, reach out to the Support team to activate pricing v2 on the respective channel(s).
Overview
To use price review, go to the Pricing step of the channel and select the Price review tab.
The Price review table contains the following columns per product sold on the channel:
- Product - shows the product name, GTIN, and merchant product number.
- Product selection - shows the product selection that includes the item.
- Price channel attribute - lists the specific price attribute from the channel.
- Strategies - indicates the strategies applied to this price attribute.
- Last exported price - shows the last exported value for this price attribute.
- Base price calculation - displays the base price calculation for this attribute.
- Actions - provides options to go to the Price changes and Price history tabs, as well as view any promotions set up for the product.
Toggle the columns to appear or disappear with the Toggle columns multi-select menu.
Expand each line item by enabling Expand price channel attribute.
Search for products
Create a bulk filter on your products by clicking Search for products. A pop-up window opens.
In the search bar, search by:
- Merchant product number
- GTIN
- (partial) Name
Alternatively, paste a list of merchant product numbers to add them to the list of selected products.
- Click Import by paste a list of SKUs.
- The Paste product SKU list popup appears.
- Paste the list of merchant product numbers (i.e.: your product SKUs). Your merchant product numbers can be separated by the following types of separators in the list:
- Comma ( , )
- Semicolon ( : )
- Space
- Tab
- Newline
- In the Separator field, select the separator type that separates each merchant product number. Choose best guess if you want ChannelEngine to identify the separator for you.
Alternatively, hand-pick the products to appear in Price review by selecting the check boxes next to the products. You can choose a maximum of 500 products.
Your chosen products appear in the Selected products section.
Click Show selected products.
Filters
Refine the results using available filters.
- Price channel attributes - select one or more price attributes to review, such as Price, B2C, or Quantity price.
- Product selection - filter your products based on the product selection they are part of.
Extra filters
Apply Extra filters for advanced searches. When using Extra filters, use All to show product regardless of whether they meet the filter criterion or not, Yes to only show products that meet the selected criterion, and No to show products that do not meet the selected criterion.
- Buy box - shows if the product currently holds a buy box.
- Fee reduction allowed - indicates if the product participates in a fee reduction. Only applies to bol channel.
- Flip protection time - shows if a flip protection time is set to prevent price fluctuations.
- On max price - indicates if the exported price matches the configured Max. price.
- On min price - indicates if the exported price matches the configured Min. price.
- Price deviation DOWN - shows if the most recent price change was a decrease. It is calculated as the difference between the current and the previously exported price.
- Price deviation UP - shows if the most recent price change was an increase. It is calculated as the difference between the current and the previously exported price.
- Promotion below min price - indicates if a product's promotion price is allowed to go below its Min. price. This applies if the Allow promotion below min. price attribute is set to 'true' in Offer mappings.
- Promotion price - shows if the product has a merchant promotion configured or is part of a marketplace promotion.
- Repricer offensive/defensive/aggressive/base - indicates if the product follows an offensive, defensive, aggressive, or base reprice strategy. To learn about reprice strategies, check out ChannelEngine: repricing v2.
- Reprice rule - shows if a reprice exclusion rule applies to the product.
- Lost buy box - shows a product that previously held the buy box but recently lost it. Use this filter to see products that might need a price adjustment.
- Can't win buybox - filter on products that are likely not to win the buy box on the channel. Consider modifying your reprice strategy for these products.
To reset the filters, click Clear filters.
