About this article

Logging in via ChannelEngine's website
Logging in via URL
You can log in to your ChannelEngine environment via your own unique URL. This address takes the form of <your domain>.channelengine.net (e.g.: https://my-fashion-store.channelengine.net).
Accessing ChannelEngine through the login page of your unique URL ensures that you always know which account you are accessing. Based on your account type, you are prompted to log in using the authorization method associated with your account, such as single sign-on (SSO) or two-factor authentication (2FA).
Logging in via ChannelEngine's website
You can also log in to your ChannelEngine account directly via www.channelengine.net, as opposed to using your unique URL. You are then asked to enter the domain name of your organization before you can access the login page for your environment.
Multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for logging into ChannelEngine. If you do not use single sign-on through your organization to log into ChannelEngine, then you will receive a one-time password every time you log in, at the email address that is registered on ChannelEngine. Authenticator-based MFA is recommended by ChannelEngine.
For details on how to set up authenticator-based MFA with ChannelEngine, check out ChannelEngine: multi-factor authentication.
