General dashboard
The ChannelEngine dashboard is the first page you see when you log into ChannelEngine. It provides you with a quick overview of your connected channels and their statuses.
To change how channels are displayed, use the buttons in the top right corner to switch between views.

By default, you see the first ten channels in the tiled view. These can be the ones that you pin. To expand the list and view all added channels, click Show all.
Each channel on the dashboard shows whether it is:
- Active - the connection between your ChannelEngine tenant and the marketplace is established.
- Inactive - the connection between your ChannelEngine tenant and the marketplace has not been established yet.
Feed and plugin nodes
On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you can find the name of your tenant and access the following:
- Product feeds - view, add, or modify product feeds. You can also access reports for new, active, and inactive products.
- Merchant API keys - view, add, or edit your API keys to establish the API connection between ChannelEngine and another system.
- Plugins - view the merchant plugins installed in this tenant. E.g.: Shopify or Adobe Commerce.
ChannelEngine node
The ChannelEngine box in the center displays the number of products that are currently loaded, as well as the total number of channels in your tenant.
Click Products to open the product overview. Click Channels to open the channel overview.
Filters
You can search for a specific channel by typing its name in the search bar or via filters.
Sort your channels by:
- Date added (newest first) - sort by the date, most recently added channels appear first.
- Date added (oldest first) - sort by the date, oldest channels appear first.
- Name (A → Z) - sort by alphabetical order.
- Name (A → Z) - sort by reverse alphabetical order.
- Product count (low → high) - sort by the number of products in the product selection, from fewest to most.
- Product count (high → low) - sort by the number of products in the product selection, from most to fewest.
Channels
Every channel added to your tenant has a corresponding channel card that displays the following information:
- Marketplace name - the top part of the channel card displays the logo of the marketplace and the country where the products are listed. Click the logo to open the channel settings.
- Inactive - this label appears at the top right corner of the box when a channel is not active and requires attention. Active channels do not display a label.
- Pin - the pin icon allows you to move a channel to the top of the list in the tiled view. This helps you keep frequently used channels easily accessible.
- Shopping cart - the shopping cart shows the number of orders that are currently open. Click it to open the order overview filtered by this channel.
- Returns - the return icon shows the number of returns that are in the status New. Click it to open the return overview filtered by this channel.
- Number of products - the right section of the channel card shows the number of products included in the product selection.
- Three-dot menu - the three-dot menu in the lower-right corner provides quick links to the channel's sub-pages for quick navigation.
