Channel-specific requirements and exceptions
Introduction
As a seller on VeePee, you may be eligible to participate as a vendor in VeePee’s drop shipment program, Click & Ship. Click & Ship enables vendors to ship products directly to VeePee/Privalia customers, as part of VeePee’s flash sales program, all while taking advantage of the VeePee/Privalia brand and customer-facing operations for those products. The buyer sees that the product is sold by and shipped by VeePee or Privalia.
To manage your VeePee drop shipments, ChannelEngine provides the dedicated VeePee dropshipment plugin on your dashboard to support VeePee's "Blue Drop" workflow.
If you currently have an active VeePee/Privalia marketplace plugin on ChannelEngine, the VeePee drop shipment orders and shipment data stay separate from the VeePee marketplace orders and shipments.

Additional information
ChannelEngine supports drop shipment-specific updates over orders and shipments to and from your external systems and VeePee Click & Ship. No product content is exported to VeePee/Privalia marketplaces from the VeePee dropshipment channel.
Orders
If a product needs to be drop-shipped, VeePee creates a delivery instruction containing VeePee’s batch number, order number, and delivery order number. This delivery instruction follows the same flow as for standard orders and shipments via ChannelEngine. For more information on ChannelEngine’s order flow, check out ChannelEngine: orders and Merchant API: orders.
To track delivery instructions that come from VeePee, your external management systems must have an active API integration with ChannelEngine or a plugin that allows you to retrieve orders and submit shipments to and from the channel.
- VeePee Click & Ship submits a delivery instruction to the vendor.
-
The delivery instruction appears as a standard order in your Orders overview on ChannelEngine, and it is available for your external systems to consume. Note the following fields:
-
On each order
- Channel order no. - the number of the whole order from VeePee Click & Ship.
- On each order line
-
Extra information - on each order line, VeePee’s Batch ID and Delivery order ID are documented.
- Batch ID - the identification number of the group of orders that are grouped under a single “batch” by VeePee Click & Ship.
- Delivery order ID - the identification number of VeePee’s delivery order. Order lines that have the same delivery order ID have the same delivery promise, i.e.: shipment time.
-
Extra information - on each order line, VeePee’s Batch ID and Delivery order ID are documented.
-
On each order
- The total price of the order is equal to the sum of the purchase prices of the products in the order. The purchase price is pre-agreed between you and VeePee, and it is different from the selling price that is published on VeePee/Privalia.
