ChannelEngine: IP ranges
About this article
This article lists ChannelEngine's IPs and IP ranges, and explains why it is required to allowlist them.
IPs and IP ranges
ChannelEngine uses the following IPs and IP ranges. They must be allowlisted so all ChannelEngine-related tasks can be performed, automated invoices can be sent, and troubleshooting can be done more easily.

FAQs
I cannot allowlist entire ranges. Do you have a single IP address?
As ChannelEngine has multiple servers running tasks, each with different IP ranges configured, as well as several office IPs, it is not possible to offer a single IP address.
Adding an outgoing proxy to facilitate that request would introduce both a delay (as all data would have to be transmitted through one or more additional servers) and a single point of failure (e.g.: if that single IP is blocklisted, DDoSed, or if the proxy is down, no tasks could be performed).
What's more, most modern firewall solutions allow for the allowlisting of entire ranges.
