Introduction
ChannelEngine uses the following IP networks and IP ranges. They must be whitelisted so that ChannelEngine can run its tasks, send automated invoices, and troubleshoot efficiently.

FAQs
I cannot whitelist entire ranges. Do you have a single IP address?
Because ChannelEngine has multiple servers running tasks, each with different IP ranges configured, as well as several office IPs, it is not possible to offer a single IP address.
Adding an outgoing proxy to facilitate that request would introduce both a delay (as all data would have to be transmitted through one or more additional servers) and a single point of failure (e.g.: if that single IP is blocklisted, DDoSed, or if the proxy is down, no tasks could be performed).
Most modern firewall solutions allow whitelisting entire IP address ranges.
