Offer
All products (required)
- Market - the sales channel (country) where the product is listed.
All products (optional)
- Allow promotion below min price - set it to ‘true’ to allow the promotion price to drop below your product's minimum price. To learn more about mapping this price attribute, check out ChannelEngine: promotions.
- VAT rate (country) - value-added tax rate applied to the product in the local market. Map the rate as a decimal and not as a percentage, e.g.: ‘0.25’ indicates a 25% VAT; correct: ‘0.25’, incorrect: ‘25’.
Carrier
Carrier mapping is required on CDON. Map your carrier to a specific list of carriers known to CDON, which enables working tracking URLs on the CDON platform. To map a carrier that is not contained in CDON's list, select Untraceable from the list.
Untraceable carriers are only allowed on shipments of orders that total below 300 SEK. See the Shipments below for more details on when to use an untraceable carrier.
Pricing
CDON supports several sales channels, all with different currencies. Because CDON works with specific currencies in separate price attributes, map your prices in the local currency of the given price attribute of the sales channel.
In Pricing, Price rules, map your selling price per sales channel.
Working with discounts
The channel's price attributes are located in the Pricing step, in Price rules and Promotions. You must also map them in Promotions if you want to send a discount to the channel.
To set up strikethrough pricing, some channels require you to map a list price/RRP/MSRP in Mappings. If no list price attribute is available for export to the channel, then you still map your selling price in Pricing. Either the list price or the selling price is considered by the channel for the strikethrough. The channel can ultimately decide when to display strikethrough pricing.
Additional information
Orders
From 1 May 2026 onwards, CDON order numbers appear as GUIDs.
Cancelations
Partial cancelations are not supported.
Shipments
Orders that total 300 SEK and higher must be shipped with a CDON-approved carrier. It is not possible to use a carrier that you map to Untraceable in Carrier mappings on orders that total 300 SEK and above.
If an order is under 300 SEK, it is not necessary to use a CDON-approved carrier. In this case, it is acceptable to use any carrier that you map to Untraceable in Carrier mappings.
