About this article
This article describes how to check ChannelEngine's current system status, review past incidents, and subscribe to status updates.
Table of contents
Introduction
The status page is the central place to check whether the ChannelEngine platform is running as expected. It shows the current status, details of ongoing incidents, and a history of past incidents.
Check the status page if you notice slow performance, errors, or unexpected behavior on ChannelEngine. Subscribe to get notified when an incident occurs, so you do not need to check the page manually.
The status page is available at status.channelengine.com. You do not need to sign in to view it.

To see the current status of ChannelEngine, follow the steps below.
- Go to status.channelengine.com.
-
Check the banner at the top of the page, which summarizes the overall status. E.g.: All Systems Operational means that no issues are currently reported.

Read incident updates
Each incident has a title, a description of the impact, and a timestamp. As ChannelEngine works on the issue, the description is updated and labeled with the current stage of the incident:
- Investigating - the investigation is in progress.
- Identified - the cause is identified.
- Monitoring - a fix is applied and ChannelEngine is checking that it works.
- Resolved - the issue is successfully resolved.
Incident descriptions also state which parts of ChannelEngine are affected, and which are not. E.g.: an incident can affect the web interface, while APIs and background synchronization keep working.
Check the status history
To review past incidents, for example, to find out what caused a disruption you noticed, follow the steps below.
-
On the status page, scroll to Past incidents. This section lists the most recent days and the incidents reported on each day.

- To see the full timeline of an incident, click its title.
- To go back to the current status, click Current status at the bottom of the page.
Each entry in the history shows the incident title, a short summary of the resolution, and the start and end time. E.g.:
