Do I need a separate Temu channel for each country I sell in?
Yes. Temu does not support sales channels (selling across multiple countries from one connection). Add a separate Temu channel in ChannelEngine for each country, and sign a separate contract with Temu per country or region.
Can I change a product's category after it has been created on Temu?
No. A product's category cannot be changed once it has been created on Temu. To assign a different category, remove the product from your product selection first, then re-add it with the correct category mapped.
My access token is about to expire — what do I do?
Access tokens are valid for 12 months. ChannelEngine will notify you when the token is nearing expiry (within 10 days). Generate a new access token in the Temu Seller Center App Store and update it in the ChannelEngine plugin settings before the old token expires.
Where do I find my GPSR Responsible Person ID or Manufacturer ID?
These IDs must be created and managed in the Temu Seller Center. Go to Performance, Account Health, Manage Your Compliance, Responsible Person (or Manufacturer), open the relevant record, and copy the repId value from the page URL. Enter that value in the corresponding mapping field in ChannelEngine.
Why did my product export fail with "Attribute input is non-compliant"?
This error means one or more mapped attribute values are invalid for the selected category. Temu does not always specify which attribute is at fault. Check the Temu Seller Center for more details on what is expected, and review your content mappings in ChannelEngine.
