If you participate, then Returns from warehouse is enabled on the THE ICONIC backend, and you can proceed to process returns via ChannelEngine.
- Grandparents are not allowed, and product families are only used for size variations. Therefore, a parent product is a product of a specific color whose child products are of various sizes.
- Bullet points are not visible on the frontend of the website. If using bullet points to describe your product features, list them with hyphens.

Additional information
Product variations
THE ICONIC uses the product identifier Parent SKU to recognize product families. All child products of the same family must have the same Parent SKU.
Via the API, THE ICONIC recognizes size as a product variation. Therefore, products of various sizes are grouped under a parent of a single color. For parent products, THE ICONIC recommends using a style code with no size attached. THE ICONIC does not support grandparent products.
-
The style code structure is: [Model]-[Color]-[Size]. E.g.: the style code WK001-BLK-S translates to:
Model - WK001
Color - Black
Size - S
The style code of a parent product omits the size, e.g.: WK001-BLK

Orders that are canceled on THE ICONIC but are not yet imported into ChannelEngine are not imported during the next order import task. Note that orders cannot be canceled by the buyer when the order has the status Ready to ship.
Shipments
You must configure your selection of carriers on THE ICONIC’s back-end platform.
THE ICONIC specifies in the order which carrier to use to ship the given order. The predefined carrier is indicated in the ShipmentProvider field in the order extra data. Always specify a carrier when creating the shipment on ChannelEngine.
Shipping labels
If you use last-mile delivery for fulfillment, once you create your shipment with the specified carrier, ChannelEngine will request the shipping label for you from the marketplace. For guidance, check out ChannelEngine: shipping labels (last-mile delivery).
