ManoMano: how to download settlements

Introduction

From select marketplaces, ChannelEngine imports settlement reports to create custom reports and standardize the settlement format across different marketplaces. For more details on how to manage settlement reports on ChannelEngine, check out ChannelEngine: settlement reports. ManoMano does not provide settlement information via the API for direct import to ChannelEngine. However, you can manually retrieve settlement reports from their back-end and upload them to ChannelEngine. Once uploaded, you can create custom reports on ChannelEngine.

Download settlements from ManoMano

To download settlement files from ManoMano, follow these steps:

1. Open your ManoMano Toolbox.
2. In the left-hand side menu, go to Administrative, Accounting documents. On this page, you see a list of different reports. All settlement reports have the Payout activity type, and can be imported into ChannelEngine.
   
   
3. Click Download to save all the needed reports in CSV format.

Upload settlements to ChannelEngine

To upload settlement files to ChannelEngine via the web interface, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ChannelEngine tenant.
2. From the left-side menu, go to Finance, Settlements
3. Select the channel for which you want to upload the settlement report. I.e.: ManoMano.
4. Click Upload settlement. In the file explorer, select the settlement file in CSV format. Ensure the file is in its original format as provided by the marketplace.
