This article explains the known bug in Adobe Commerce (née Magento) related to importing all products across all storeviews. 

Products from all storeviews are imported into ChannelEngine 

Activating the Adobe Commerce connector prompts you to select an Adobe Commerce storeview. Normally, the storeview you select dictates which products are imported into ChannelEngine. However, due to an ongoing bug, Adobe Commerce results in all active products being included in the import – regardless of the selected store view. 

This bug is being handled by Adobe Commerce, and there is, as yet, no workaround available. For more information, refer to Adobe Commerce issues list on Github.
