Magento 1.x: Why can't I view the marketplace name of this order in my webshop?

Due to the error-prone state of grid overlapping caused by Magento 1.x plugins, it is currently not possible to view the name of the marketplace your order was placed on in your own webshop.

Our plugin adds the marketplace information in the near future. If you cannot wait, you can view the marketplace information by enabling the feature. Make sure to ask your webshop developers to check for compatibility issues before they enable this feature.
