Seller metrics insights

To be a seller on bol.com, you have to adhere to certain service metrics. These metrics (a.k.a. servicenormen) can always be seen in the bol.com backend, but are also available on ChannelEngine.

Viewing the current insights

To view performance metrics for the current week:

1. On ChannelEngine, go to your bol.com marketplace.
2. Click the Dashboard page: 

   

3. Within the individual statistics section, you will see a section named Insights of week [x]. This shows all available metrics and your current score.
