How can I request or change my password?
After an account is created, users receive an email from info@channelengine.com that contains a link to set up a password. This link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't set up a password within the 24 hours, you can always request a new password reset email. This is also the way to go if you lost your ChannelEngine password and want to reset it.
To reset your password:
- Go to https://channelengine.net (or https://youraccountname.channelengine.net) and in the Email field, enter your email address. An email will be send to this email address containing a new link to set up a password and gain access to ChannelEngine.
If you have access already and want to change your password you can do so in the account settings.
To change your current password:
- On ChannelEngine, go to the top right corner and click your name.
- In the Change password field, enter your current and your new password and click Update.
If you have a different email address or if you don't have a user account assigned to your email address, you must as a ChannelEngine admin user to create a new user for you. Alternatively, contact our support team (support@channelengine.com).
