Introduction
Sales statistics provide an overview of recent sales for a specific product. They include key metrics, such as the number of products sold, total revenue, and selling price.
Use these statistics to monitor the product's performance on marketplaces over the last 28 days.
View sales statistics
- Go to Products, Products.
- Select a product for which you want to see statistics.
- On the Product details page, locate the sales statistics section.
- If there have been no sales in the last 28 days, the section displays the message "No recent sales history." If data is available, the section displays sales statistics divided into four sections.
Sales
The Sales section shows data for this product across four time ranges – today, yesterday, the last seven days, and the last 28 days. For each range, you see the product's price, how many units of the product were sold, and the total revenue.
Recent sales
The Recent sales section lists five most recent orders that include this product. Each row in the table represents an individual order line and includes the order ID, marketplace, order date, price, quantity sold, and the total revenue. You can use this section to troubleshoot issues related to recent sales.
Timeline
The Timeline section displays a line chart with your daily sales over the last 28 days. To focus on a specific marketplace, select it from the dropdown. You can use this section to identify trends and patterns in the product’s sales over time.
Sales per channel
The Sales per channel section shows how well the product performs on marketplaces. A pie chart displays the sales share per marketplace over the last 28 days. The number in brackets indicates the number of units sold. E.g.: EUR 157.34 (2) means two products were sold, totaling EUR 157.34 in revenue.
