This article describes ChannelEngine’s recovery dashboard for Amazon Vendor.

Introduction
The recovery dashboard provides real-time insights into disputes with Amazon Vendor, relating to invoice shortages and price discrepancies, for proactive recovery management on ChannelEngine. With this dashboard, you can:
- View all recovery data in one place and manage disputes efficiently.
- Understand the amounts that are potentially recoverable from Amazon Vendor via disputes and the amounts that have already been recovered from Amazon Vendor.
- Quickly recover all disputes of a particular type (shortages and price discrepancies) for the current year.
- Access a full history of recoverable and recovered amounts across all Amazon channels, i.e., Amazon regions, and per Amazon region.
- Manage disputes directly from the dashboard or from the Invoice shortages and Price discrepancies pages.
Overview
To view the dashboard, go to Vendor, Dashboard.
The All channels tab shows the following information:
- Total recoverable - the total amount that is potentially recoverable from Amazon Vendor via disputes on invoices submitted in the past 12 months.
- Total recovered - the total amount recovered from Amazon Vendor via disputes in the past 12 months.
Additional tabs show the relevant recoverable and recovered amounts for each Amazon Vendor country in which you are active.
The bar graphs in the Shortages and Price discrepancies sections provide a monthly breakdown of the recoverable and recovered amounts per the current year. Hover over the dark and light blue areas of each bar to switch between the recoverable and recovered amounts for each month.
You can use the Shortages and Price discrepancies buttons to dispute items across multiple invoices submitted to Amazon Vendor for the current year. Each button shows how many invoices you can currently dispute from the dashboard.
Example: submit a dispute from the recovery dashboard
E.g.: click Shortages to open the Dispute shortages pop-up. You see a list of invoices containing disputable items and the total amount for each invoice that is potentially recoverable from Amazon Vendor via disputes.
Click Submit disputes to submit disputes for all invoices shown to Amazon Vendor for approval.
