About this article
This article describes ChannelEngine’s Insights feature, which provides you with real-time data on the state of your business.
Table of contents
Introduction
Insights is an extension of ChannelEngine’s Statistics page. It includes reports on revenue, sales, orders, product performance, and overall growth metrics. These reports can also be exported, so you can conduct the analysis on your preferred application.
The data that populates the Insights feature is refreshed twice a day, at 06:00 CET and 14:00 CET.
Setup
Insights is available as part of the Scale package, or as an optional add-on to your existing package. To enable this feature in your tenant, contact your customer success manager at ChannelEngine – or contact the Support team.
