Amazon: upload tax invoices
Introduction
ChannelEngine allows you to automatically upload tax invoices on your orders to Amazon. This way you provide your customers with invoices, which they can download from their Amazon account.

Prerequisites
- Amazon v3 integration on ChannelEngine.
- Seller account in one of these countries: France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
- The Enable invoice uploading setting is activated.
Send invoices to Amazon
To send invoices on your orders to Amazon:
- Go to the Setup page of your Amazon marketplace on ChannelEngine.
- Click Advanced settings and locate the Enable invoice uploading setting.
- Configure this setting to automatically upload invoices to Amazon. The options are:
- None - ChannelEngine does not send invoices to Amazon.

Merchant invoices - you can send invoices to ChannelEngine via the system you are working with (i.e.: ERP, OMS, webstore). Your system sends the invoice document in PDF, together with additional data to ChannelEngine via the Merchant API – communicating to the
POST /v2/orders/{merchantOrderNo}/invoice
endpoint. Note that when ChannelEngine receives a shipment, it exports it – even if there is no invoice attached to it.NB: make sure your Invoice number is available in the merchant system you are working with, so ChannelEngine can include it in the export to Amazon. - ChannelEngine invoices - ChannelEngine automatically generates an invoice and exports it with the shipment. To make use of this option, make sure you set up the correct VAT calculation and configure automated VAT invoices on ChannelEngine.
- Click Save.

To export your invoices to Amazon, ChannelEngine runs a scheduled task once every two hours.
